PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Sometimes you need a little more 1-2-1 when it comes to your training to both push and motivate yourself. 

 

Our 1-2-1 personal training sessions are specifically tailored to your ability and overall goals.

 

We will work together to perfect your technique and form, giving you the confidence to continue training outside of our sessions. 

 

Prices: £30 an hour / 4 sessions for £100

 

Train with a mate

If you find training with a mate more motivational we have a few different options that might be right for you:

     • 2 – 1 (1-hour session) £20 per person.

     • 3 – 1 (1-hour session) £15 per person.

BRAESIDE BOOTCAMP AND CIRCUITS

Our Braeside Bootcamp is back! These classes use HIIT and interval training, designed to get your heart pumping.

 

These 60 minute outdoor sessions are great for burning calories and fat!   

We love to keep you on your toes, so each session we change up the exercise using a variety of equipment such as TRX, kettlebells and dumbbells. 

 

Prices: 

• £5.00 per person

ONLINE COACHING

Our online coaching is great for customers who may love our training style but aren’t close to us or prefer using their own gym facilities. 

 

Online Coaching  helps to keep you on track and monitor your progress. In these sessions we discuss fitness plans, nutrition and support with your fitness journey through virtual weekly check-ins. These sessions will help guide you and monitor your progress while being supportive and motivating you.
 
Prices: £50 a month

TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MEAL PLANS

Coming up with a new exercise routine and meal plans can be tiresome. So let us do all the hard work for you. 

 

Our training programs and meal plans are tailored to your ability and fitness goals to keep you motivated and on the right path.

You can choose between 4, 8 & 12 week plan. 

 

Training programmes include: exercise selection, customised weight/aerobic training plans, a variety of training systems, training advice and guidance

Meal plans include: calorie intakes, macro-counted meals, healthy recipes, meal preparation advice and guidance.

 

Prices: 4 weeks £40 / 8 weeks £60 / 12 weeks £80
